Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Software Engineer, AI Developer Productivity (MTS) in Buenos Aires, hybrid role. You will design and ship full-stack features across desktop experiences, backend services, data pipelines, dashboards, and AI tool integrations.

You will own features end-to-end with emphasis on observability, security, and reliability. You should have 3+ years of production software experience, strong fundamentals, and be proficient in modern languages.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience building production software.
• Proficiency in at least one modern language with full-stack capability.
• Experience delivering well-defined features through design, implementation, testing, and production ownership.
• Understanding of data structures, API design, CI/CD, and secure development practices.
• Ability to debug using logs and metrics and make thoughtful tradeoffs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with engineers and product partners.
• AI-first approach to engineering using tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Cursor.
• Ability to write precise prompts and provide context for AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and ship well-scoped full-stack features across internal developer-productivity products.
• Build backend APIs, data models, ingestion flows, dashboards, and user experiences that connect AI tool usage to outcomes.
• Contribute to technical designs and turn product requirements into clear, incremental implementation plans.
• Own features and services in production by improving observability, reliability, performance, security, and supportability.
• Build and ship high-quality, production-grade software using modern engineering practices with AI as a core part of development workflow.
• Build AI-enabled workflows with proper safeguards and human oversight.
• Contribute to shared system context, designs, constraints, standards, and operational knowledge.
• Review code for correctness, quality, security, and performance; participate in design and code reviews.
