Prometeo Talent is partnering with a fast-growing US-based cybersecurity startup to hire a Senior Full-Stack Python Developer for Argentina. This role requires strong backend with Python/FastAPI and frontend with React/TypeScript, plus cloud and data skills.

You will work on healthcare interoperability standards, HIPAA/PHI familiarity preferred, and you will join a team tackling complex security challenges in a global market.

Position: Senior Full-Stack Python Developer

Location: Argentina only

Availability: Full-time

Experience: 5+ years of professional experience

Core Requirements

• Python / FastAPI (Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, Alembic)
• React and/or TypeScript
• AWS and/or GCP
• Strong SQL/BigQuery experience.
• Strong testing practices and high test coverage.
• Hands-on experience with FHIR R4 and HL7 v2.x and/or C-CDA.
• Healthcare experience, particularly HIPAA/PHI.

A healthcare background and knowledge of interoperability standards are preferred, but initially, we’re open to considering candidates who don’t have this experience if they are technically very strong.
