Job summary

Techunting in Argentina is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Python Developer with 5+ years of professional experience to build scalable health-tech platforms. You will work on Python/FastAPI backend and React/TypeScript frontend, with PostgreSQL, cloud (AWS or GCP), and data interoperability standards.

Experience with FHIR R4, HL7 v2.x or C-CDA, HIPAA/PHI, and strong testing coverage are valued. Remote-friendly or on-site options may apply for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong Python and frontend skills (React/TypeScript).
• Experience with PostgreSQL, cloud platforms, and data modeling.
• Hands-on with FHIR R4, HL7 v2.x and/or C-CDA.
• Healthcare experience and HIPAA/PHI knowledge preferred.
• Healthcare interoperability knowledge is a plus; open to strong candidates without healthcare background if technically strong.

• Strong SQL/BigQuery experience.
• Strong testing practices and high test coverage.
• Hands-on experience with FHIR R4 and HL7 v2.x and/or C-CDA.
• Healthcare experience, particularly HIPAA/PHI.

A healthcare background and knowledge of interoperability standards are preferred, but initially, we’re open to considering candidates who don’t have this experience if they are technically very strong.
