Alignerr is seeking AI Ethics Reviewers to evaluate AI-generated content for bias, safety, and ethical issues. This remote, hourly contract offers flexible, asynchronous work and the chance to contribute to fairer, safer AI.

You'll review content, document ethical concerns, and apply our fairness guidelines across topics. No formal background required; sharp judgment and clear written communication are valued. 10–40 hours per week, work on your own schedule.

Formación

• Genuinely interested in fairness, ethics, social impact, or responsible technology.
• A strong critical thinker who can assess issues from multiple perspectives.
• Attuned to nuance, cultural context, and the ways language can include or exclude.
• A clear, precise written communicator who can articulate reasoning effectively.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
• No formal background in AI, ethics, or academia required.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated content and outputs for potential bias, stereotypes, or harmful material.
• Evaluate whether AI responses are safe, fair, and appropriate for diverse audiences.
• Identify ethical concerns and document them clearly using structured feedback tools.
