JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Director Software Engineer for AI Engineering - DEX. You will own end-to-end architecture for agentic operations and lead a multidisciplinary engineering group delivering production-grade AI agents to employees.

This hands-on leadership role requires writing code, shaping systems, and mentoring engineers across squads while ensuring reliability, safety, and cost discipline.

Formación

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years leading engineers.
• 3+ years shipping production ML/AI, including 1+ year with LLM/agent systems.
• Expert in at least one modern language and polyglot codebases.
• Experience building large-scale distributed systems in production.

Responsabilidades

• Own reference architecture for agentic operations and lifecycle.
• Define golden path for safe, evaluated agents shipped in weeks.
• Lead squads, set architecture standards, and grow senior talent.
