Power Digital is seeking a Content Producer (independent contractor) to drive video content across social channels and performance campaigns. You’ll leverage AI tools to create marketing-ready assets, collaborate with editors and designers, and deliver on-brand, high-quality outputs in a fast-paced agency environment.

The role requires 4+ years of experience, expert editing skills across major software, and a strong AI-savvy portfolio.

Competenze

• 4+ years of video editing experience
• Proficient in professional video editing and post-production tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro)
• AI-proficient with image and video generation tools and workflows used to create marketing-ready assets and iterations
• Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio of work examples (including performance-driven creative)
• Deep understanding of digital trends, platform-native best practices, and editing principles
• Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously
• Creative and innovative thinker with a test-and-learn mindset
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong prompt and concept development skills for AI-assisted storyboards

Mansioni

• Work closely with editors, designers, and ACDs in the execution of video deliverables for your pod and owned accounts
• Collaborate with Creative & Marketing teams to craft engaging designs/content across marketing channels
• Create engaging, performance-driven video content to support creative & marketing efforts
• Collaborate with Production & Strategy teams to craft ads for Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube
• Leverage AI tools to generate marketing-ready image and video concepts and assets
• Use AI to accelerate creative iteration by producing multiple versions for testing while maintaining brand consistency
• Continuously optimize output using performance metrics and trends
• Follow department workflows and file management practices
• Employ AI technologies to enhance business processes
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem related to your department
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include ownership of post production and QA pass rate
