Hire Overseas seeks an E-Commerce and Wholesale Operations Specialist (AI-Forward) to centralize product data, manage live listings on Shopify and marketplaces, and build wholesale offers. The role spans product, ecommerce, wholesale, sales ops, and CRM automation.

Qualificações

• Ownership and accuracy on pricing, data, and product information.
• Proactive, independent work style with strong systems thinking.
• Genuine skill with AI tools and building internal AI workflows.
• Fluent written and spoken English for US-based team communication.
• Experience with Shopify, ERP, and marketplace platforms is a plus.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and ability to automate workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Centralize product data, images, inventory, and pricing from vendor files and ERP into one system.
• Source and edit product images and MSRPs using AI tools.
• Keep inventory in sync across ERP, Shopify, and channels.
• Create and maintain Shopify and marketplace listings across channels.
• Build wholesale offer sheets with images, pricing, quantities, and sizes.
• Pull cost pricing from ERP and calculate pricing within margin targets.
• Support daily sales administration and cross-department coordination.
• Track sales rep activity across ERP, OMS, and email in a CRM/dashboard.
• Run AI workflow to turn daily recaps into a morning meeting template.
• Help build CRM infrastructure and dashboards for e-commerce and wholesale.
• Identify and automate repetitive workflows to reduce manual work and errors.
