EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) in Argentina seeks a strategic Portfolio Specialist to support the Microsoft Alliance Co-Innovation team. You will manage the solution portfolio, governance rhythm, investment prioritization, and performance tracking for co-innovation initiatives across Finance, Customer, or Operations domains.

Formación

• 10–15 years of relevant professional experience in portfolio management, program management, consulting, alliances, innovation management, transformation, product portfolio management or strategic operations.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives across domain or global stakeholder groups.
• Experience with governance models, leadership reporting, investment tracking, portfolio dashboards and performance management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead portfolio governance and operating rhythm with timely visibility into progress, risks and outcomes.
• Drive AI-enabled, Copilot, Agentic AI, cloud, data, automation solutions alignment and maturity.
• Track investments, funding asks, and outcomes; support business case development and prioritization.
• Coordinate with alliance, commercial, solution and delivery teams to ensure visibility and cross-team alignment.
• Develop dashboards, trackers and executive summaries to report portfolio performance and impact.
• Support activation planning and go-to-market readiness for prioritized co-innovation solutions.
