Job summary

Baker McKenzie seeks an Automation Developer to design, build, test, deploy, and support end-to-end automations that improve efficiency, quality, and user experience across Operations and Business Services. You will work with AI tooling, RPA (UiPath, n8n), and Microsoft Power Platform to deliver scalable automation solutions while upholding governance and documentation standards.

Qualifications

Experience delivering automation end-to-end (requirements → design → build → test → deploy → support).
Hands-on experience with UiPath and/or n8n, and willingness to build across both.
Practical experience using Microsoft Power Platform for automation (Power Automate; Power Apps desirable).
Comfort with AI-assisted development using prompts to accelerate prototyping and solution scaffolding.
Strong process analysis and problem-solving skills with good documentation ability.

Responsibilities

Automation delivery: Design, develop, deploy, and support end-to-end automation solutions.
Solution development: Build automation using UiPath, n8n, and Microsoft Power Platform.
Process automation: Leverage Power Platform to streamline processes and enhance UX.
AI-assisted development: Apply prompt-driven prototyping with testing and governance.
Testing and release management: Support testing activities and release planning.
Performance monitoring: Monitor automation, diagnose issues, and implement improvements.
Documentation and governance: Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and release notes with governance in mind.
Continuous improvement: Drive Lean Six Sigma and AI-enabled process enhancements.
