Hyre is seeking an Ads Specialist to join a fast-growing digital marketing team supporting U.S.-based brands. In this high-impact role, you will plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, using data to drive performance and scale leads and revenue.

You will collaborate with internal teams, write compelling ad copy, test creatives, monitor KPIs, and deliver clear insights through regular reporting.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong analytics and optimization knowledge; adept with AI tools.
• Excellent remote communication and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Research audiences and competitors to build strong targeting foundations.
• Write ad copy and guide creative strategy; test new creatives.
• Analyze daily performance and optimize to meet KPIs.
• Develop and test new strategies and bid structures to scale campaigns.
• Prepare performance reports and share insights with teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams and document processes.
