Job summary

Rumzer is seeking a talented Webflow Developer & Webmaster to own our digital presence. This fully remote, part-time role (80 hours per month) offers flexibility to work from anywhere while delivering high-performing web experiences.

You will build new pages in Webflow, maintain site health, deploy updates, and apply basic SEO strategies to ensure the site is both beautiful and easily discoverable by users and search engines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Webmaster.
• At least 2 years of hands-on Webflow experience.
• Fluent English; Spanish or German a plus.

About the Role:

• Flexible & Remote: This is a fully remote, part-time position (80 hours per month), giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact.


• End-to-End Ownership: You will be the go-to expert for our digital presence, building out new pages in Webflow, maintaining site health, and deploying updates seamlessly.


• SEO Fundamentals: You will implement basic SEO strategies to ensure our site not only looks great but is easily discoverable.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.


• Startup Ready: A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to successfully navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.


• Language: Fluent English is required. If you also speak Spanish or German, please let us know in your application, as bilingual candidates will receive preferential treatment!
