Assurant, Inc. busca un Processing Specialist para trabajar en Retiro, CABA, con esquema híbrido. Será responsable de procesar y revisar documentación de seguros, analizar formularios para identificar pólizas y garantizar el cumplimiento regulatorio.

También gestionará pagos desde cuentas escrow y se comunicará con agentes y equipos internos para validar información. Se valora experiencia administrativa, manejo de Excel y atención al detalle.

Formación

• Experiencia previa en roles administrativos, data entry, facturación o back office en seguros.
• Manejo intermedio de herramientas informáticas (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Atención al detalle y buena organización para multitarea.

Responsabilidades

• Procesar y revisar documentación de seguros cumpliendo plazos.
• Analizar formularios para identificar el tipo de póliza y acciones.
• Actualizar sistemas internos y mantener cumplimiento regulatorio.
• Gestionar pagos desde cuentas escrow para asegurar continuidad de cobertura.
• Coordinar con agentes y equipos para validar información y resolver inconsistencias.
• Manejar múltiples tareas con calidad, productividad y tiempos de entrega.
• Escalar casos complejos cuando sea necesario y asegurar su resolución.

Responsabilidades:

• Procesar y revisar documentación de seguros de manera precisa y dentro de los plazos establecidos.
• Analizar formularios para identificar el tipo de póliza (ej. PUD, townhome, flood, wind) y determinar las acciones correspondientes.
• Actualizar sistemas internos asegurando el correcto mantenimiento de la información y el cumplimiento regulatorio.
• Gestionar el pago desde cuentas escrow para garantizar la continuidad de la cobertura.
• Comunicarse con agentes de seguros, compañías aseguradoras y equipos internos para validar información y resolver inconsistencias.
• Manejar múltiples tareas en simultáneo cumpliendo con estándares de calidad, productividad y tiempos de entrega.
• Escalar casos complejos cuando corresponda y asegurar su correcta resolución.

• Nivel de inglés intermedio/avanzado.
