bioMérieux is seeking an Accounts Receivable Operations Coordinator for the LATAM Shared Service Center in Olivos, Buenos Aires, Argentina. The role combines operating AR duties with team coordination, reporting to the AR Team Manager, in a hybrid model (2 days on-site, 3 days remote).

You will support AR processes across LATAM countries, participate in month/quarter/year closing, handle disputes, and drive process improvements while communicating with regional and global stakeholders.

Formación

• Advanced students or graduates in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, or Finance Operations.
• Upper Intermediate or Advanced English mandatory for regional/global communication.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily Accounts Receivable operations and ensure procedures, SLAs, and quality standards are met.
• Participate in and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual AR closing activities.
• Ensure timely collection, cash application, reconciliations, and reporting within the team.

Location: Olivos, Buenos Aires, Argentina
Hybrid Work Model: 2 days on-site and 3 days remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 hs to 18:00 hs

At bioMérieux, we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Operations Coordinator to join our LATAM Shared Service Center (SSC).

In this role, you will support Accounts Receivable operations across multiple countries in the region while coordinating day-to-day team activities, driving process improvements, and helping ensure service excellence and timely collection performance.

This position combines operational and coordination responsibilities while maintaining active involvement in day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities. Like the rest of the team, it reports directly to the AR Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring compliance with established procedures, service levels, and quality standards.
• Actively participate in and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities related to Accounts Receivable.
• Ensure timely completion of collection, cash application, customer account reconciliation, and reporting activities within the team.
• Monitor aged receivables and support collection activities to ensure timely recovery of outstanding balances.
• Follow up on customer disputes, unapplied cash, and operational issues, escalating risks when required.
• Support the AR Manager in workload planning, workload balancing, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate daily operational activities, monitor team workload, support onboarding and training initiatives, and contribute to process improvement efforts.

What Profile Are We Looking For?

• Advanced students or graduates in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, or Finance Operations.
• Previous experience coordinating activities, priorities, workloads, or operational tasks within a team environment.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes, collections, customer account reconciliations, cash application, and reporting activities.
• Advanced SAP/ERP knowledge and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Level of English: Upper Intermediate or Advanced (mandatory), with the ability to participate confidently in meetings and communicate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
• Experience in a Shared Service Center (SSC) and/or multinational environment will be considered a plus.
