SoFi Tech Solutions in Argentina is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance team. You will support end-to-end accounts payable, process invoices, manage vendor payments, and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

The role requires weekly office visits. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, with at least 1 year in AP, experience with ERP systems, and strong Excel and English skills.

Formación

• Advanced studies in Accounting or Business Administration.
• At least 1 year of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (Workday or Microsoft Dynamics) and multi-currency payments.
• Strong Excel skills and English proficiency.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and deadline-driven work style.
• Proactive and eager to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and supporting docs.
• Code invoices to GL and cost centers.
• Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
• Prepare payment runs and ensure correct processing.
• Support audit activities and internal controls.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
