Assurant, Inc. is leading a regional Finance Transformation initiative to migrate to Oracle Global Finance Systems across Latin America.

This role sits at the intersection of Accounting, Finance, and Technology to ensure successful data migrations, testing, and process improvements across six countries. You'll collaborate with teams spanning Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru, contributing to close processes and reporting while benefiting from a hybrid work model and ongoing

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Financial Systems, or Finance Transformation.
• Experience supporting month-end to year-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP implementations, system migrations, or process transformation projects.
• Ability to collaborate with Finance and Technology teams; intermediate to advanced English.

Accounting Transformation Specialist

Join a regional Finance Transformation initiative supporting the migration to Oracle Global Finance Systems (GFS) across Latin America. You'll work at the intersection of Accounting, Finance, and Technology, helping ensure successful system implementations, data migrations, and process improvements across multiple countries.

What You'll Do

• Support Oracle finance system migrations across LATAM.

• Validate, reconcile, cleanse, and map financial data.

• Partner with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Reporting, and IT teams.

• Participate in testing, issue resolution, and process improvement initiatives.

• Analyze how system changes impact financial reporting and close activities.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.

3+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Financial Systems, or Finance Transformation.

Hands-on experience supporting:

• Month-end, quarter-end, or year-end close
• Account reconciliations
• Journal entries
• Financial reporting
• Audit support

Experience with ERP implementations, system migrations, or process transformation projects.

Ability to work with both Finance and Technology teams.

Intermediate to advanced English.

Nice to Have

• Oracle, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP Finance, or similar ERP experience.

• Power BI, SQL, Python, or data analytics tools.

• Insurance industry experience.

• Multi-country or regional project exposure.
