Job summary

Ceva Animal Health is seeking an Accounting Specialist in Argentina to handle national and provincial taxes, tax returns, and related regulatory reporting. The role also involves monitoring tax withholdings, assisting with tax planning, and supporting monthly closings with external auditors.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting, proven tax experience, and solid English skills to coordinate across jurisdictions and with external advisors. Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in tax compliance and tax planning.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file national, provincial, and municipal taxes (VAT, CIT, ITR).
• Manage tax withholdings and collections across regimes; monitor credits and balances.
• Prepare tax returns and regulatory info reports.
• Support transfer pricing and regulatory changes impact analysis.
• Assist with monthly and annual closings and liaise with auditors.

Yourmissions :

• Preparation and filing of national, provincial, and municipal taxes (VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Gross Income Tax - Multilateral Agreement, municipal taxes and fees).
• Preparation and submission of tax returns and regulatory information reports.
• Management of tax withholdings and collections (SICORE/SIRE and provincial regimes), including monitoring of tax credits and balances in favor.
• Tax reconciliations and monitoring of tax accounts.
• Support in tax planning and analysis of the impact of regulatory changes.
• Assistance with transfer pricing matters and related documentation.
• Responding to requests and inquiries from tax authorities and government agencies (ARCA, ARBA, AGIP, and other jurisdictions).
• Support during monthly and annual accounting closings, coordinating with external advisors and auditors.

Your profile :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or currently pursuing the final stage of the degree.
• Proven experience in tax compliance and tax planning.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a Big Four firm or multinational company.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or JD Edwards).
