Job summary

CEVA SALUD ANIMAL is seeking an accounting professional to join our team in Buenos Aires. You will handle invoice approvals, process purchase orders, and ensure timely and accurate accounting entries in line with local regulations.

You will perform first-level data reconciliations, prepare documentation for tax audits, reconcile defined accounting positions, and verify compliance with payment terms. Intermediate Excel and data-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting or related fields; or currently pursuing such studies.
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills.
• Data management skills and proficiency with relevant tools.
• Intermediate English is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper authorization of invoices through purchase orders.
• Prepare and submit accounting transaction data in accordance with local accounting regulations.
• Perform first-level data reconciliations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness of accounting operations.
• Prepare relevant documentation for tax audits.
• Perform reconciliations of defined accounting positions.
• Ensure compliance with payment terms in accordance with local regulations.
