ONErpm is seeking a visionary A&R to join our team in Argentina, identifying, attracting, and developing talent aligned with our platform and business objectives. You will foster strong relationships with key players in the music ecosystem and help scale ONErpm’s offerings globally.

The role focuses on scouting artists, negotiating deals with responsible advances, onboarding new clients, and maintaining relationships with current clients, while ensuring compliance with contracts and content

Formación

• At least 2 years in A&R, business development, or related growth roles in music.
• Strong business and financial acumen with revenue experience.
• Proven track record in music business development and artist acquisition.
• Established relationships with artists, managers, DSPs and partners.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify artists and catalogs aligning with ONErpm's objectives.
• Follow up with potential clients and propose deals.
• Onboard new clients, migrate catalogs, and assign to project managers.
• Manage client content, percentages, and terms in the CMS.
• Represent ONErpm at events to acquire new clients.
• Contribute to planning and development of business initiatives.
