Core Accountabilities

• Assist in the development of comprehensive contract plans for sales and distribution of small arms products.
• Monitor contract timelines, key milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Legal, Production, Finance) to ensure smooth contract execution.
• Support the Business Development team by providing market analysis, sales forecasts, and business insights.
• Identify market trends, risks, and opportunities related to small arms sales.
• Evaluate potential risks associated with contract obligations and sales agreements.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export controls, and governmental policies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all contract activities, including amendments and renewals.
• Generate regular reports on contract performance, compliance status, and financial implications.
• Act as a liaison between clients, government agencies, and internal teams to facilitate contract negotiations and project execution.
• Address client inquiries and resolve contract-related issues promptly.
• Identify areas for process enhancement in contract management and implement solutions to optimize efficiency.
• Support the development of best practices in planning and execution within the Contract Section.
  
  

Experience & Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business or related field is preferred.
