A healthcare organization is seeking a Registered Nurse with Phlebotomy experience to join their team in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi. Education
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with Phlebotomy experience to join our healthcare team in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform phlebotomy procedures, including venipuncture and blood collection with precision and care.
- Assist in patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and routine nursing duties.
- Support physicians in clinical procedures and patient management.
- Ensure accurate labeling, handling, and documentation of specimens.
- Maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
- Provide compassionate care and reassurance to patients during procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient and quality patient service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Valid Nursing License/Registration (HAAD/DOH) in Abu Dhabi.
- Certificate in Phlebotomy - a must
- Proven UAE experience in phlebotomy (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of infection control and specimen handling standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
