Web Developer - Dubai, UAE
We are a fast-growing digital agency based in Dubai, UAE and we are seeking a talented Web Developer to join our team. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function according to our clients' specifications. You will also be involved in the development of new website features and maintaining existing websites.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites
- Write well-designed, efficient code using industry best practices
- Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS/Javascript practices
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
- Create and maintain software documentation
- Troubleshoot website issues as needed
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Developer or similar role for at least 2 years
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript, PHP, jQuery and WordPress
- Experience working with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus
- Understanding of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
Location:
This position is based in Dubai, UAE. We welcome applicants of any nationality who are currently residing in the city or willing to relocate.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Sunday to Thursday, 9am - 6pm.
