• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers
• Mentor and guide junior developers on the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in web development, with a focus on front-end and back-end technologies
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, or Ruby on Rails
• Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
