Job Purpose:

The role of a Software Developer with expertise in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and BPM (Business Process Management) involves analyzing, optimizing, and automating business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance. The focus is on identifying areas within banking operations where automation can streamline workflows, eliminate redundancies, and improve customer experience.

Key Accountabilities:

The Process Automation Analyst is responsible for streamlining and optimizing business processes through automation solutions. This includes:

• Process Analysis: Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, understand workflows, and assess feasibility.
• Solution Design: Designing automation workflows, selecting appropriate technologies, and defining automation requirements to address inefficiencies.
• Automation Development: Building automation workflows and scripts using RPA tools, configuring bots, coding, and integrating solutions with existing systems.
• Testing and Validation: Testing automation solutions thoroughly, debugging issues, and validating accuracy and reliability.
• Deployment and Maintenance: Deploying solutions, monitoring performance, handling errors, and updating workflows as needed.
• Documentation: Creating technical documents, user guides, and training materials for stakeholders.
• Training and Support: Providing training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of automation solutions.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Over 5 years of relevant automation experience, including at least 3 years in banking processes.
• Understanding of banking business areas.
• Proficiency with RPA and BPM tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, IBM BPM, Ultimus, etc.
• Experience in application development.
• Thorough understanding of SDLC and project lifecycle management.
• Experience working on agile projects.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering or a related field.
• Bilingual in English and Arabic preferred for effective communication.
