We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Coordinator with 6 to7 years of experience to join our team onsite in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. The role involves supporting project execution, preparing high-quality presentations, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
Coordinate and support project planning and execution activities.
Prepare and design high-impact PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams.
Create, manage, and maintain project documentation using Word and Excel.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and progress reports.
Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams.
Schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items.
Assist in resource planning and project budgeting as needed.
6 to7 years of proven experience in a project coordination or administrative support role.
Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
