Job summary
A hospitality company in Dubai is looking for a candidate responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms remain clean and well-stocked. The ideal candidate will manage guest requests and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor, supporting a satisfactory guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all guest areas are stocked with needed services and items.
- Report any issues or maintenance needs to the manager.
- Manage guest requests and complaints effectively.
In charge of seeing to it that all visitor rooms are kept spick-and-span according to the requirements required by the Hotel.
- Liable for ensuring that all guest's areas are stocked with the needed services as well as things.
- In charge of reporting any kind of problems and maintenance needs to the House cleaning Manager and/or Exec House Cleaning Attendant.
- In charge of managing visitor's requests or complaints effectively and favorably.
