About Wynn Al Marjan Island

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island is a luxurious and entertaining beachside destination designed for discerning guests to relax and enjoy. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort features 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and a five-star spa. It is currently under construction on a picturesque island that curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Office Pantry Clerk to join the hotel’s Operations team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations in the Public Area Department
  • Prepare coffee and requested food and beverages for team members and guests
  • Maintain Wynn standards of cleanliness and appearance in all public areas and pantries, including back-of-house pantry, kitchens, and exterior areas
  • Clean and dust surfaces (tables, kitchen, sinks, coffee machine) to reduce allergens and ensure tidiness
  • Keep kitchen and pantry areas clean, including countertops, sinks, and appliances (microwaves, refrigerators, coffee machines)
  • Care for and store cleaning tools and equipment properly after use
  • Restock and organize cleaning supplies; notify supervisors for additional supplies or repairs
  • Manage procurement and stock control of pantry supplies (beverages, snacks, utensils, condiments); conduct inventory checks and maintain minimum stock levels
  • Report building maintenance issues (leaks, spills, damages) to facilities management
  • Focus on employee engagement and guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate with management to ensure cleanliness standards are met
  • Handle public area administration and paperwork
  • Ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director
  • Follow fire, hygiene, and safety policies
  • Respond promptly to guest feedback and special requests
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Secondary education or higher
  • 2-3 years of experience in hospitality management, office administration, or pantry operations
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
