Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Attendant - Entry Operations at Dubai Parks and Resorts in Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the entrance with professionalism and courtesy.
• Operate ticketing systems, validate admissions, and monitor turnstile functions.
• Ensure smooth guest flow and timely resolution of entry-related issues.
• Provide accurate information about park facilities, timings, and promotions.
• Report equipment malfunctions, guest feedback, and operational incidents.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards within the entry zone.
• Support crowd control measures during peak periods and special events.
• Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• High School Certificate or Diploma.
• 1–2 years in a guest-facing or customer service role, preferably in leisure, retail, or hospitality.
• Proficient in ticketing or POS systems
• Strong communication and guest handling skills
• Basic troubleshooting for entry equipment
• Multilingual ability is an advantage
