A leading telecommunications firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced professional to implement and optimize DAS solutions. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and has a strong background in DAS installations and RF testing, along with proficiency in relevant testing tools like spectrum analyzers and iBwave. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders and adherence to safety standards during field operations.

- Proficiency with DAS testing equipment.
- Understanding of telecom network architecture.
Responsibilities
- Perform site surveys and RF testing to assess DAS requirements.
- Install and commission DAS infrastructure.
- Conduct signal validation and system optimization.

- Install, configure, and commission DAS infrastructure, including antennas, fiber optics, and remote units.
- Conduct signal validation, interference analysis, and system optimization.
- Identify and resolve network issues related to DAS performance.
- Work closely with telecom operators, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless integration.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide reports on site work and troubleshooting activities.
- Adhere to safety standards and telecom regulations during field operations.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Experience in DAS installations, RF measurements, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in DAS testing tools (e.g., spectrum analyzers, site master, iBwave).
- Understanding of telecom network architecture, fiber optics, and wireless communication protocols.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in field environments.
- Certifications in DAS technology or RF Engineering (e.g., iBwave Level 1 & 2).
- Experience with DAS deployments in commercial, enterprise, or public‑sector projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
