An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Graphic Designer to join Madinat Jumeirah.

• Develop ATL and BTL creative assets across print, digital, social, video, HTML5 banners, newsletters, and LED screens in line with campaign concepts and media plans.
• Adapt master artwork for multiple platforms, languages, and formats while maintaining visual consistency and brand standards.
• Create digital and motion content including video editing, social assets, animated banners, and basic motion graphics.
• Manage photography, image sourcing, color proofing, premium material selection, and maintain an organized artwork archive.
• Present creative concepts to stakeholders, manage suppliers, share brand guidelines, and coordinate approvals for timely delivery.
• Maintain high design standards through strong file management, process improvement, marketing support, and awareness of industry trends.

• Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or Design. 2–3 years in luxury graphic or multimedia design. 1–2 years in a digital or agency role.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience in photography, videography, and Microsoft Office.
• Solid understanding of design principles. Luxury design experience across OOH, print, digital, web, email, and UX/UI.
• Creative and detail-focused. Aligned with Jumeirah Aspire values. Strong time management. Performs well under pressure and meets deadlines.
