The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in structural engineering design, leadership skills, and proficiency in structural analysis software. This role involves overseeing large-scale projects, ensuring design compliance, and managing project resources effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering design and project delivery.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership or team management role.
  • Experience in Middle East projects is essential.

Responsabilités

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of structural engineers.
  • Oversee the structural design and delivery of large-scale projects.
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes and requirements.
