Experience: 3 to 4 years

• Oversee the nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Supervise the daily operations of the nursing department.
• Manage patient admissions, treatments, and discharge processes.
• Train, evaluate, and mentor junior nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Assist in managing the pharmacy’s medical supplies and equipment.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN or equivalent).
• License: Valid nursing license in the UAE.
• Experience: 3 to 4 years in nursing, with prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Skills: Strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.
