Job summary
A leading company in Dubai seeks a finance professional with expertise in tax returns and financial management. Responsibilities include managing cash operations, filing returns, and supporting HR-related financial tasks. Candidates must possess good knowledge of finance and accounting, with a preference for UAE Nationals.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Finance & Accounts.
- UAE National only.
Responsibilities
- Filing tax returns and managing financial documents.
- Managing cash operations and maintaining financial transactions.
- Supporting HR tasks related to contracts and salary accounting.
Skills
- Filing all types of returns such as sales returns, corporate tax returns, and employment returns with local government authorities.
- Computing landing costs and recording them in the system (GRN entry).
- Checking contracts with suppliers and customers.
- Verifying financial documents and substantiating financial transactions through auditing.
- Managing cash operations including cash collection, cash payments, bank payments, and cash sales.
- Documenting financial transactions by entering account information.
- Preparing supporting documents for company expenses, including marketing and entertainment expenses.
- Uploading warehouse balances and electronic invoices to the government server.
- Supporting HR-related tasks such as managing leaves, contracts, and salary accounting.
Good knowledge of Finance & Accounts.
