OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:

• Handling the smooth operation of all HVAC systems to ensure superior guest service and product quality.
• Conducting daily walkthroughs to visually assess the safe and efficient maintenance and operation of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Providing hands-on support for work assignments to ensure timely completion within specifications.
• Organizing, training, and assigning tasks to technicians to maximize productivity.
• Executing all preventive maintenance duties as outlined in the Preventive Maintenance Program, ensuring security of inventory such as tools, supplies, and equipment.
• Replenishing HVAC supplies and inventory efficiently, minimizing waste, and preparing equipment for the next day's work.
• Adhering to all purchasing policies and controls to stay within budget guidelines.
• Following safety procedures and emergency plans according to company policies and local laws.
• Participating in energy management programs and promoting efficient use of equipment and energy.
• In the absence of the HVAC Supervisor, conducting daily briefings with the HVAC team on key activities.
• Responding proactively to guest issues to promote satisfaction.
• Liaising with third-party vendors/contractors as assigned.
• Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment and performing related duties and special projects as assigned.
• Establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with team members.
• Carrying out senior engineering leadership instructions or other designated duties.
