We seek a skilled and experienced Site Foreman to join our construction team in Dubai. The Site Foreman will supervise daily operations at the construction site, ensuring work is completed on time and up to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage site workers and subcontractors Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are followed Monitor progress and report daily site activities to the site engineer or project manager Coordinate the materials, tools, and equipment needed at the site Ensure that the work is carried out according to drawings and specifications Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts

Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Foreman in the UAE, Strong background in civil or building construction (villa, residential, commercial), Ability to read and understand technical drawings, Good communication and leadership skills, Preferably with UAE driving license, Can join immediately or on short notice
