Job summary

Simone's Tutoring in Dubai is seeking a Confidence Coach to help children, adolescents, and young adults overcome self-doubt and build lasting self-esteem. You will provide a safe, empowering coaching environment that helps clients discover their strengths and voice.

As a freelance contractor, you’ll deliver personalized confidence coaching programs online, at homes, or in schools, while collaborating with parents and educators to reinforce strategies. Dubai-based role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Coaching qualification (ICF, EMCC, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years confidence or self-esteem coaching experience.
• Understanding of positive psychology and strengths-based approaches.
• Experience working with children or young adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct confidence and self-esteem coaching assessments
• Deliver personalised confidence coaching programmes for clients of all ages
• Help clients identify their strengths, values, and unique qualities
• Teach communication skills, assertiveness, and self-advocacy
• Support clients through social anxiety, imposter syndrome, and fear of failure
• Work with children and teens to build authentic self-confidence
• Collaborate with parents and educators on reinforcing confidence strategies
