Liebherr Middle East FZE located in Dubai United Arab Emirates is responsible for sales and service of the product range of Construction Machinery Mobile Cranes Tower Cranes Maritime Cranes and supply of Aircraft Components.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Management
Maintaining relationships with key accounts in the Middle East primarily in the UAE. Developing account plans based on existing needs and upcoming projects. Preparing and executing the sales strategy in coordination with the Head of Sales. - Sales Management of the UAE
Leading all sales activities in the UAE for Construction Machinery (Lifting Crawler Cranes (LR Series) Duty Cycle Crawler Cranes (HS Series) and Foundation Equipment (LB & LRB Series). This includes managing ongoing sales projects meeting with potential new customers following up on leads and closing deals tracking market trends (e.g. new infrastructure developments oil and gas projects etc.) and preparing quotations in alignment with the Head of Sales and other Liebherr Divisions to optimize the chances of successful closure. Preparing sales forecasts budgets and reports on the market and key customers. Ensuring that sales efforts align with the overall strategy of Liebherr Middle East. - Team Supervision & Coaching
Supervising the Sales Manager and all other sales staff in the team. Coaching guiding and supporting team members. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinating with other departments such as Marketing Product Management and Service & Spare Parts (both within the Mixed Sales Company and Headquarters in Europe) to ensure that requirements are met. - Strategic Planning and Reporting
Preparing strategic papers in coordination with the Head of Sales. This includes identifying growth opportunities potential partnerships (in any form) or risks with key accounts. - Customer Advocate
The Regional Sales Manager is the voice of the customer ensuring customer satisfaction and retention is a core responsibility.
Competencies
- Proven track record in sales of Construction and Special Deep Foundation Equipment (min. 5 years)
- Previous experience in a similar management role (min. 5 years)
- Relevant educational background in Business Engineering or a related field
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in preparing sales reports and conducting market analysis
- Interest in new digital solutions and products as well as knowledge and confident handling of CRM and ERP systems
- Fluency in English knowledge of Arabic is a plus
