Liebherr Middle East FZE, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, handles sales and service for a range of products including Construction Machinery, Mobile Cranes, Tower Cranes, Maritime Cranes, and Aircraft Components.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Management: Maintaining relationships with key accounts in the Middle East, primarily in the UAE. Developing account plans based on current needs and upcoming projects. Preparing and executing sales strategies in coordination with the Head of Sales.
- Sales Management of the UAE: Leading all sales activities for Construction Machinery, including Lifting Crawler Cranes (LR Series), Duty Cycle Crawler Cranes (HS Series), and Foundation Equipment (LB & LRB Series). Managing ongoing projects, engaging with potential clients, following up on leads, closing deals, tracking market trends, and preparing quotations to optimize success. Preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and market reports. Ensuring sales efforts align with overall company strategies.
- Team Supervision & Coaching: Supervising the Sales Manager and team members, providing guidance and support.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating with Marketing, Product Management, and Service & Spare Parts departments to meet requirements.
- Strategic Planning and Reporting: Preparing strategic documents, identifying growth opportunities, partnerships, or risks with key accounts.
- Customer Advocacy: Acting as the voice of the customer to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Competencies
- Proven track record in sales of Construction and Deep Foundation Equipment (minimum 5 years).
- Previous management experience (minimum 5 years).
- Educational background in Business Engineering or related fields.
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in sales reporting and market analysis.
- Interest in digital solutions, familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
