Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the internal proposal process from kickoff to submission
• Guide proposal contributors, subject matter experts, and subcontractors
• Prepare quotations and offers in complex calculations
• Prepare documents for tenders and submissions
• Manage change requests for projects in the MENA region
• Moderate meetings with experts and management
• Revise and update proposal documents as needed
• Manage review processes to ensure high quality
• Track and meet submission deadlines
• Improve proposal processes and standardize materials
• Collaborate with affiliate teams at our headquarters in Karlsruhe, Germany

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in sales account management
• Experience working with/public transit authorities in the MENA region is appreciated
• Proven ability to plan, produce, and deliver successful proposals in complex environments
• Interest in learning new technologies
• Effective collaboration skills with proposal contributors
• Good time management and planning skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally to our headquarters in Karlsruhe, Germany
