A Yoga Instructor/Spa Therapist is responsible for providing guests with high-quality service at every stage of the Yoga experience and supporting as Spa Therapist in the Conrad Spa.

What will I be doing?

As a Yoga Instructor, your responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality service at every stage of the Yoga experience
• Greeting guests upon arrival at the Yoga/Meditation Centre
• Assisting guests and advising them on Yoga equipment
• Checking for injuries or medical history that may affect Yoga practice
• Maintaining Yoga equipment in a neat, clean, and hygienic condition
• Adhering to hygiene standards and maintaining the aesthetics of the Yoga Centre
• Grooming according to standards in neat uniforms
• Conducting oneself professionally
• Participating in ongoing training to update skills
• Performing any other duties as assigned

As a Spa Therapist, your responsibilities include:

• Performing massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies
• Maintaining detailed records of treatments
• Communicating with guests during treatments to adjust techniques
• Resolving guest complaints and reporting accidents
• Cleaning and sterilizing work areas and equipment
• Explaining treatments to guests and recommending suitable options
• Ensuring spa supplies are stocked and reporting shortages
• Checking guests' medical conditions and allergies before services
