1. From 7-10 years: 22500/- or USD 300 to 350 per day
2. From 11-15 years: 27000/- or up to 450 USD per day

Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated WSO2 Identity Server Application Support and Administrator to join our Platform Services Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, support, and maintenance of the WSO2 Identity Server, ensuring seamless operation of the integrated applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administration and Configuration:
  • Manage and configure WSO2 Identity Server to meet the organization's requirements.
  • Design and implement customizations and extensions to meet the customers' business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Manage the deployment of WSO2 Identity Server across multiple environments, adhering to WSO2 deployment best practices for performance and security.
  • Extensive experience in designing and maintaining high-availability, fault-tolerant IAM infrastructures with a strong focus on reliability and scalability.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, Docker, OpenShift, container orchestration, and microservices-based deployments.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in implementing, deploying, and maintaining IAM solutions using the WSO2 Identity Server product.
  • Disaster Recovery Architectures: Deploy solutions in active-active or active-passive mode to ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
• Support and Troubleshooting:
  • Provide technical support for WSO2 Identity Server, including diagnosing and resolving issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Performance Tuning: Provide performance tuning recommendations based on WSO2 best practices to optimize system performance.
• Security:
  • Implement and maintain security best practices, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), adaptive authentication, and secure token management.
• Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Monitor system performance, generate reports, and ensure high availability and reliability of the identity server.
• Documentation:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures related to WSO2 Identity Server.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, security analysts, and IT operations, to ensure seamless integration and operation of identity services.
• Large Scale Deployment:
  • Deploy and manage the solution in large-scale environments, including Government-to-Citizen (G2C), Business-to-Business (B2B), and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) scenarios.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in administering and supporting WSO2 Identity Server.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts and protocols.
• Experience with user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to identity services.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other WSO2 products, such as WSO2 API Manager or WSO2 Enterprise Integrator.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, OpenShift).
• Authorization Code Flows: Basic knowledge of various authorization code flows.
• Technical Rationale for DB Selection: Ability to provide technical rationale for database selection for the Identity Server.
• Actionable Solutions: Ability to provide clear and actionable solutions when given business requirements.

Container Environments: Skills in deploying solutions on container environments such as Kubernetes and OpenShift.
