Summary

Provide technical work, assembly, and repairs of Oilfield Equipment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Execute assignments received from the Workshop Supervisor.
2. Perform tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
3. Acquire necessary information and training about new assignments, machines, equipment, and materials before start-up.
4. Keep the work area tidy and clean at all times.
5. Participate in developing the workshop and be a team player.
6. Interact professionally with customers and HMH personnel to ensure efficient service delivery.
7. Maintain communication to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
8. Maintain tools and test equipment, ensuring proper calibration.
9. Perform all work according to HMH and client safety policies.
10. Document all services performed and actions on service and time tickets.
11. Stay current with Product and Safety Bulletins.
12. Follow HMH Lifecycle Services mechanical procedures and ensure work is handled according to guidelines.
13. Support all company objectives.
14. Complete work in compliance with HSSE policies.
15. Adhere to HMH Visions and Values in all activities.

Required Qualifications

Education: High school diploma/GED plus four years of experience.

Experience: 2-4 years’ experience in repairing Oil Drilling Equipment, including work on Catwalks and Iron Roughnecks.

Skills and Abilities: Ability to read schematic and mechanical layout drawings; work in extreme environmental conditions; knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems; basic electrical circuit understanding; diagnostic and problem-solving skills; excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills; ability to work under pressure and independently; organized, ethical, culturally aware, and proactive.
