Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Carry out repair, testing, and servicing of all shop equipment within the company's approved capabilities, following manufacturer's procedures and safety protocols.
  2. Perform component changes as part of troubleshooting and as directed by immediate supervisors or certifying staff, utilizing relevant documentation such as Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM), Illustrated Parts Lists (IPL), or other vendor documentation.
  3. Ensure tooling used is serviceable and appropriate, understanding and employing specialized tooling when required.
  4. Promote and participate in creating a safety culture, minimizing accidents, and reporting safety deficiencies. Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in all work areas, including workstations, lockers, test benches, and toolboxes to prevent FOD.
  5. Create shop finding reports, and generate part requisitions or bills of materials through M3.
  6. Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and testing for all components worked on.
  7. Ensure all applicable documentation (SB, SIL, AD, RD) is completed for each repaired unit to ensure flight safety, and correctly fill all work packages.
  8. Review and maintain the storage unit content list daily and control the THP sheet according to company policy.
  9. Report discrepancies and occurrences following company procedures and regulatory instructions.
  10. Maintain quality standards and attendance.
Job Requirements
  • Familiarity with EASA, GCAA, FAA Part 145 certification requirements, rules, and regulations.
  • Knowledge of safety risks associated with the working environment.
  • Understanding of human factors, performance, and limitations.
  • Ability to report discrepancies effectively.
  • Proficiency in using and controlling required tooling and equipment.
  • Knowledge of aircraft types including C18, C17, C6, C5, C1.
  • Technical skills including proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Windows.
