Coordinating with customers regarding necessary repairs, preparing quotes to customers and collecting payments after repairs are completed.
Submitting work orders to technician, directing customers to available customers.
Review and verify unit warranty protections and service contract coverage when developing cost estimates, work orders, and other paperwork related to necessary repairs.
Liaising with customers, sales representatives, and service technicians to determine repair and service timelines.
Resolve customer complaints and make follow-up calls to facilitate a positive service center experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 Years of proven work experience as a Service Advisor or Similar Role in Refrigeration Industry.
Must have a strong technical experience into automotive industry (Transport Refrigeration experience or knowledge will be added advantage)
