Job Responsibilities

• Coordinating with customers regarding necessary repairs, preparing quotes to customers and collecting payments after repairs are completed.
• Submitting work orders to technician, directing customers to available customers.
• Review and verify unit warranty protections and service contract coverage when developing cost estimates, work orders, and other paperwork related to necessary repairs.
• Liaising with customers, sales representatives, and service technicians to determine repair and service timelines.
• Resolve customer complaints and make follow-up calls to facilitate a positive service center experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 Years of proven work experience as a Service Advisor or Similar Role in Refrigeration Industry.
• Must have a strong technical experience into automotive industry (Transport Refrigeration experience or knowledge will be added advantage)
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP Application.
