What You’ll Do?

1. Supervise workshop operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient manpower utilization.
2. Coordinate with service advisors and keep customers updated on repair progress.
3. Maintain high-quality repairs while adhering to safety and ISO-QSE standards.
4. Manage spare parts requests, approvals, and follow-ups to prevent delays.
5. Monitor service orders, ensure timely billing, and help achieve revenue targets.
6. Address customer concerns and enhance overall service satisfaction.

Who You Are?

1. Education: Diploma or Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Experience: 3 to 7 years in a similar role in the automobile industry.
3. Technical Skills: Expertise in vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and workshop management.
4. Leadership: Ability to manage, train, and develop a team of technicians.
5. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to handle service issues and customer concerns.
6. Software Knowledge: Experience with D365 and service management systems is a plus.
