In this exciting role, you'll lead a skilled team of technicians and service staff, ensuring smooth operations, high productivity, and top-quality service delivery in a fast-paced workshop environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise daily workshop operations and support technicians in solving technical issues
• Monitor productivity and efficiency to keep the workshop running smoothly
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely vehicle delivery
• Train and guide team members on updated service techniques
• Coordinate with parts and procurement teams to ensure tool and parts availability
• Assist in preparing service performance reports for management

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong technical background (mechanical, electrical, or diagnostics)
• Experience with workshop KPIs, reporting, and team performance tracking
• Arabic language skills (preferred), English fluency (required)
• UAE experience and a valid UAE driving license
• Currently based in the UAE and available for interviews
