What You’ll Do?

• Supervise workshop operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient manpower utilization.
• Coordinate with service advisors and keep customers updated on repair progress.
• Maintain high-quality repairs while adhering to safety and ISO-QSE standards.
• Manage spare parts requests, approvals, and follow-ups to prevent delays.
• Monitor service orders, ensure timely billing, and help achieve revenue targets.
• Address customer concerns and enhance overall service satisfaction

Who You Are?

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 3 to 7 years in a similar role in the automobile industry.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and workshop management.
• Leadership: Ability to manage, train, and develop a team of technicians.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to handle service issues and customer concerns.
• Software Knowledge: Experience with D365 and service management systems is a plus.
