Job summary

ATW Group is seeking an experienced hands-on Workshop Manager in Dubai to schedule, manage and deliver all projects across ATW Make (fibreglass models, 3D printing) and ATW Build (LEGO structures). You will coordinate closely with the LEGO Builder & Team Lead and production teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality delivery of all builds and prototypes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing workshops fabrication or production teams in creative or experiential build environments.
• Strong organisational planning and resource management skills.
• Knowledge of fabrication processes including 3D printing fibreglass and build workflows.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of production safety quality control and materials management.
• Experience coordinating with specialist builders or technical leads is highly desirable.
• Happy to be hands on to supporting across multidisciplinary fabrications.

Responsibilities

• Schedule plan and manage all workshop activities across ATW Make and ATW Build.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously ensuring deadlines budgets and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate and support the Team Leads and Producers as well as 3D Modellers Production Technologists and fabrication teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Allocate resources staff and materials effectively for each project.
• Maintain workshop organisation including tools materials and production equipment.
• Implement and enforce workshop processes quality control and safety standards.
• Support on-site installations or delivery as required.
• Continuously review and improve workshop processes for efficiency safety and quality.
• Provide guidance and training to workshop staff fostering a collaborative high-performance team.
