We are seeking a Workshop Manager to join our workshop in Dubai.
The role involves managing workshop productivity to ensure efficient repair of customer vehicles, adhering to repair times and quality standards at each stage.
Main responsibilities include:

  • Planning, organizing, and controlling workshop work flow through Team Leaders to ensure quality repairs.
  • Managing a multicultural technical workforce of over 100 technicians.
  • Ensuring completion of work orders as per Job Cards by technicians.
  • Coordinating job distribution with Team Leaders.
  • Overseeing workshop production with a team of 25+ team leaders.
  • Ensuring repairs comply with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
  • Providing high-quality service to handle over 400 vehicles daily.
  • Maximizing labor efficiency and workshop profitability within budget and standards, with a daily target of over 1000 hours.
  • Maintaining compliance with Occupational Health & Safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A Diploma or Degree in automobile/mechanical engineering.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a reputable automotive workshop, including 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of resource management, production methods, and team coordination.
  • Performance monitoring and improvement skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and attentive listening.
  • Ability to operate all relevant workshop equipment.
