Job Title: Workshops Manager - Aviation ( Non-negotiable)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead and oversee intermediate-level maintenance operations for rotary and fixed-wing aircraft. The role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of aircraft systems, and the ability to coordinate across departments to ensure operational readiness and compliance with all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage personnel, equipment, and facilities involved in aircraft workshop maintenance.
  • Develop and implement operating procedures aligned with industry and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure compliance with OEM, military, and local safety directives and maintenance manuals.
  • Supervise maintenance activities including inspections, repairs, and technical assessments.
  • Monitor workshop performance, track maintenance trends, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate parts, tools, and equipment requirements with logistics teams.
  • Maintain accountability for workshop inventory and tooling.
  • Oversee reporting, documentation, and communication with senior management.
  • Identify training gaps and recommend corrective actions to build team capability.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on operational status and performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Aviation or Engineering (FAA A&P or equivalent preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of aviation maintenance experience, with at least 7 years in management roles.
  • Experience in both rotary and fixed-wing platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with TAMMS or similar maintenance management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of military or regulated aviation environments.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office and maintenance tracking systems.
