Job description

Overview of the role: To provide after-sales technical support for all the products marketed by AutoEquip. Ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time, and equipment repairs are executed in line with the team leader's established work procedures and specifications. Schedule and complete maintenance on time to meet or exceed productivity and quality objectives.

What you will do:

1. Functional Role: Handled by incumbent in AutoEquip. Plan and efficiently execute a schedule of daily allocated work through proper prioritizing and management of resources.
2. Ensure that all the job cards are properly filled in and signed.
3. Diagnose and carry out quality repairs in a safe manner, testing after completion of repair.
4. Perform quality checks after job execution and demonstrate repairs to customers.
5. Training and Development: Keep up with new technology, work procedures, time standards, and relevant technical know-how to maintain or improve work productivity and quality.
6. Perform other tasks assigned by immediate superior or manager if necessary. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
7. Perform all duties and responsibilities mentioned in the related business SOPs.
8. Recommend spare part stocks according to usage and failure history.
9. Comply with the ALAC Quality Management System and participate in organization improvement activities.
10. Carry out work with care, ensuring not to endanger lives or the environment, while complying with health and safety requirements.
