Job summary

Kosher group in Dubai seeks a skilled flooring installer with expertise in wood and LVT/LVP, responsible for precise measurement, cutting, and installation across complex layouts. The role requires applying subfloor preparation, moisture barriers, and safe operation of equipment.

Candidates should demonstrate solid experience with solid hardwood, engineered wood, and LVT/LVP installations, pattern matching, edge detailing, and holding relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of wood species, properties, and appropriate installation techniques for various wood floors.
• Experience laying and finishing both solid hardwood and engineered wood flooring systems.
• Proficiency in installing Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) and Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) with pattern matching and edge detailing.

Responsibilities

• Precisely measure and cut wooden and LVT planks to fit complex room layouts and intricate designs, minimizing waste.
• Install subflooring, underlayment, and moisture barriers to create a flawless foundation for flooring.
• Lay hardwood, engineered wood, and LVT/LVP using nail-down, glue-down, or click-lock methods for seamless patterns.
• Operate and maintain flooring tools and equipment (saws, routers, sanders, adhesives applicators) safely and efficiently.
